The hotel belongs to an important international hotel chain, standing out because of the quality of all its services and its attention to details.
Consisting of 214 rooms, restaurant “Argenta”, cocktail bar, cafeteria, and 5 living rooms (capacity varying from 10 to 180 people).
Food & Beverage
Our hotels are renowned for the special care of their restaurants. Our welcoming and elegantly decorated restaurant “Argenta” is very luminous and offers a beautiful view. Mediterranean cuisine with high-quality products, prepared with great care.
The breakfast buffet is provided with a large variety of exquisitely presented products. From Mon-Fri, you can enjoy breakfast from 7.00 to 11.00am, and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 8.00 to 12.00am. For lunch and dinner, the restaurant is opened from Mon-Fri from 1.30 to 4.00pm and 8.30 to 11.30pm. During the weekends and holidays it remains closed, and lunch and dinner can be enjoyed in the bar or in the rooms. Room service is at the guests' disposal every day from 11.30am to 11.30pm.

Area information
The hotel is situated in the “Golden Art Triangle”, between the Prado Museum, the Thyssen- Bornemisza Museum and the Centro de Arte Reina Sofía. Next to the Atocha Train station (AVE), right in the centre of Madrid and overlooking the Botanical Garden. At a few minutes' walking distance from the Retiro Park. The historic city centre (Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Madrid de los Austrias) can be reached by different buslines or within 20 minutes by foot. Besides, the nearest metro station, “Atocha”, is about 50 metres away.
If you want to go shopping, you can reach the emblematic Salamanca district, where the most exclusive shops are located, in 10 minutes by bus.
Barajas Airport is about 25 km away (30 min.) and the Palacio de Congresos at 20 km (20 min.).
Travel information
To the hotel from the airport
- Metro: line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios; then change to line 6 (circular) to Pacífico. At this stop, change to line 1, direction Plaza de Castilla and get off at Atocha.
- Slow train (cercanías): metro line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios. There, take the slow train to Atocha.
- Bus: there’s a bus driving to the city centre. You have to get off at the final stop: “Plaza de Colón”. From there, take metro line 4 to Goya, where you change to line 2 until Sol. Then take line 1 to Atocha.
- By car: from the NII highway, follow directions for “Centro Ciudad” until you reach Paseo de la Castellana, where you turn to the left and continue straight ahead until the junction with Paseo del Prado. The hotel is located at the end of this street, at number 48.
From the hotel to the city centre
- Metro (EUR 1): when you leave the hotel, turn to the right and after approx. 50 metros you will see the Atocha train station. Take the blue line (1) direction Plaza de Castilla. Get off at the third stop (“Sol”).
- Bus (EUR 1). You can take bus line 27 in front of the hotel. It runs along the entire Paseo de la Castellana, past the Plaza de Cibeles, the Salamanca district, the Bernabeu, etc. At the right side of the hotel, in Calle Atocha, you can take bus line 26 or 32, that will take you to the Plaza de la Cebada, at 5 minutes from the Plaza Mayor.
To the hotel by car
Coming from any highway, once you get to Madrid, take the M30 or the M40 in the direction of “centro ciudad” (city centre) and then take the exit “Plaza del Emperador Carlos V”.
