Hotel Bellavista liegt im Osten der Küste Mallorcas, im Touristenzentrum und Fischerort Cala Ratjada. Das befindet sich im alten Ortskern von Cala Ratjada, nur einen Steinwurf vom romantischen Fischerhafen entfernt. Das Zentrum mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und Discos ist in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die drei Strände Cala Ratjadas liegen in der Nähe des Hotels: kleiner Strand Cala Gat, gefolgt vom Cala Agulla, einer der besten und schönsten der Insel, und Son Moll Strand mit seinem feinen Sand und allen Bequemlichkeiten.
