General Information
We propose some unforgettable holidays in "El Capistrano Villages", in Nerja, the privileged balcony of the Costa del Sol.
"El Capistrano Villages" is, possibly, the most beautiful and exclusive Urbanisation on the Costa del Sol, situated between the Sierra de Almijara and the Mediterranean, an area whose exceptional microclimate produces vegetation of unique beauty and unusual colours.
There are villas of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and maisonettes of 1 and 2 bedrooms. The living area of the villas ranges from a minimum of 70 m2 up to a 150m2. The property comprises a spacious living/dining room, fully equipped independent kitchen and one or two bathrooms. Furthermore, all the villas will have a private garden, porch and two or more terraces.
The maisonettes have a living area of approximately 40m2 the one-bedroom maisonettes and between 55 and 60 m2 the 2-bedroom maisonettes. They comprise complete bathroom and a living/dining room with incorporated equipped kitchenette. Further to the areas indicated, the maisonettes always have a small private garden with porch or/and an ample terrace.
There are several swimming-pool in "El Capistrano", including swimming-pools for children. Spacious green zones. Bars. Restaurant. Supermarket. Laundry. Tennis courts and hire of horses at various meters from the Urbanisation. All the houses are fully equipped for daily life. Our prices include cleaning once a week and weekly change of linen.
