Recently reopened from complete renovation, the Dorisol Buganvilia Aparthotel is situated on the south side of the island of Madeira in an ideal location in the tourist area just 2km away from the centre of Funchal, the capital of the island. For your convenience the hotel runs a free shuttle bus to the town centre. Clients of the hotel also have the use of all facilities at the nearby Mimosa & Estrelicia hotels. The hotel stands 200 metres from the sea. Facilities and Services in the complex 4 bars and 4 restaurants 2 Outdoor pools, one for Mimosa and Estrelicia (heated) and another in Buganvilia Outdoor pool for children (next to Estrelicia/Mimosa pool) Childrens playground (next to Estrelicia/Mimosa pool) Indoor pool with health club, sauna and Jacuzzi (November 2003) Lounge-chairs, and sunshades at the swimming-pools (free) Tennis court Games room with billiards, darts, table tennis and electronic games Animation and entertainment programme (day and evening) 2 meeting rooms (from 10 to 200 people) and Tv Room Mini-market Souvenirs Shop Hairdresser Internet access at Estrelicia/Mimosa reception Wake-up call service Laundry service Baby sitting (on request) Money exchange Credit Cards American Express, Visa, Master, Diners Medical Doctor (on request) Courtesy bus, that runs several times per day, to and from the city centre.
