General Information
Completely renovated, each hotel area was designed in order to provide a sense of exclusivity and originality. All the common areas host contemporary art.
In each guestroom, exclusive amenities and unique decor. Eclectic touches: ethnic, pop, eccentric but always stylish and pampering.
Changeable and snow-white geometries. But also natural materials and sculpture-furniture.
This Project and set-up created by the architect Roberto Bongiovanni is focused on the wide balance of the roof garden and its connection with the other rooms; an all-white structure that reveals, even from the outside, an evident split between the walls and the ceiling in order to improve the incoming light.
The loft is a single open space and its main feature is a wing wall in white brickwork that separates the functional areas from the ones for relax and reading.
The geometrical effect is ultimately linked to the beauty of the materials used and from marvellous sensations generated by the bamboo garden that frames a relaxing area with a very linear gazebo, in line with the concept of lightness that inspired the design of the open areas.
A 150 sq.m area with a wide living room, bedroom, walk-in closet, kitchen, steam bath with two bathrooms, air conditioning system, 3 reserved parking-spaces easily operated by remote control.
Bang & Olufsen stereophonic-plasma TV and audio systems.
Area security alarm system.
