Peric Rooms and Apartments are situated in a very nice and quiet site above the Old Town and offers a wonderful ambience for all who are looking for recovary all year long. It contains air-conditioned apartments and rooms and it is 300 meters away from the sea.
Each apartment has a kitchen with a living room, 1 bedroom with a double bed, two auxiliary beds, a shower/WC,SAT/TV, a balcony with view on the sea and is air-conditioned.

There is also a house-owned parking place in front of the house which disposes of parking spaces for cars.
The price for the accommodation includes towels, bed linen without beach sheets, a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning.
The distance to the Adriatic Sea is only 300 meters.
One finds several restaurants, fashion shops, bars, grocery stores, discos, post offices, banks and exchange offices around the vacation home (300-500 m).

Peric Rooms and Apartment are located in a nice and quiet place only 5-10 minutes on foot away from the nearest beach and the Old Town. Several supermarkets, restaurants, caffee bars and bank machines can be found near our place. The position of Peric Rooms and Apartment is one of the most beautiful places in Dubrovnik offering the sea view, quiet place enough close to the Old Town, but still away from the traffic noise. If you come by car, you have possibility to park next to the house where you will stay without any charge.
