Dieses charaktervolle Landhaus inmitten einer grünen Oase liegt nur 3 km vom historischen Zentrum von Brügge entfernt. Von dem ruhig gelegenen landwirtschaftlichen Anwesen beträgt der Abstand zur öffentlichen Straße 300m.
Der älteste Teil des Hofs datiert von 1833.
Auf dem Landgut de Colve werden Weizen, Kartoffeln, Zuckerrüben, Zwiebeln und Grünfutter angebaut; daneben umfasst das Gelände Wiesen und Brachland.
Der Anbau wird mit Rücksicht auf die Natur, Fruchtwechsel und Nachhaltigkeit betrieben. Der schwere Polderboden ist außergewöhnlich fruchtbar und ermöglicht einen Anbau über acht Monate des Jahres.
Seit Frühjahr 2005 steht das Landgut De Colve auch Feriengästen und Gruppen offen. Dafür bietet der Hof de Colve vier Ferienwohnung an: Zwei Wohnungen für max. vier Personen (Korenhalm und Klaproos) und zwei Wohnungen für bis zu acht Personen (Vlasbloem und Lisdodde).
